Help Desk

The CTS Help Desk provides technical support to the Cypress College staff, faculty, and students. Occasionally, the Help Desk may not be able to answer your call personally. If you leave a message with your name, problem encountered or need, phone number, and when you can be reached, the help desk or a technician will generally contact you within 90 minutes during normal operating hours.
