Food Bank

In an effort to help students focus more on succeeding in school and less on where their next meal is coming from, Cypress College is happy to offer Food Bank services throughout the school year.

The Food Bank aims to address the basic needs of our students by collecting and distributing non-perishable food items, educating the campus community about hunger and food insecurity issues, and collaborating with others to connect students with additional resources on and off campus.

Students may enroll in the service in the Student Activities Center. Please bring your student I.D. and a printout of your class schedule (a minimum of 3 units is required), and inquire at the reception desk or see Student Activities Director David Okawa. Applications must be completed at the Student Activities Center.

The Cypress College Food Bank accepts donations of non-perishable food and other items—such as canned goods, cereal, pasta, pasta sauce, and more—throughout the school year. Please drop them off in the Student Activities Center.
